Caretaker and work orders: task list on the phone, report with a photo

A caretaker visits several buildings in a day. If tasks live on paper or in messages, nobody knows what was done. A task list on the phone links the job and its photo to one record.

Task flow

Management assigns tasks by building, priority and date. The caretaker opens them on the phone, ticks off the job and adds a photo and note.

Recurring jobs (stairwell cleaning, rounds) are generated automatically.

External trades

For larger jobs a work order is prepared for the external tradesperson; quote, date and invoice are added to the job record.

Approval limits are set with management.

    Build and connect

We build the solution around your workflow and connect it to e-mail, calendar, documents and payment.

  3. 3

    Test and launch

We test every flow with realistic cases, train your team and go live only when it is right.
