Fault reports: request opened, tradesperson assigned, resident informed

When a leaking tap, a lift or heating fault is reported by phone, e-mail and paper, losses and repeats are inevitable. The system ties the report to one record, assigns the tradesperson and shows the status to the resident.

  • German, French, Italian, English
  • QR-bill and CHF
  • Roles and audit log

From report to fix

A resident opens a request through the portal; the system records unit, location and priority. Management or the caretaker assigns a work order to a suitable tradesperson.

Emergencies are flagged separately.

Tracking and record

Job status (received, scheduled, completed) is communicated to the resident. Each fault is added to the unit history with date, photo and work done.

Recurring faults show up in the report.

Your benefits

How we work

  1. 1

    Clarify the need

By e-mail we discuss your processes, roles, existing systems and how data is moved, and set the scope in writing.

  2. 2

    Build and connect

We build the solution around your workflow and connect it to e-mail, calendar, documents and payment.

  3. 3

    Test and launch

We test every flow with realistic cases, train your team and go live only when it is right.

Swiss-specific points

Availability and the emergency flow (e.g. water damage, lift) follow your rules. Work-order texts can be prepared in DE, FR, IT or EN.
