Documents and contracts: template, signature and archive in one place

Enrolment contracts, consent forms and certificates are often printed, signed, scanned and filed. In a digital flow the template fills itself from the pupil record, goes to the parent, is signed and attached to the record.

  • German, French, Italian, English
  • Pupil data and nFADP in mind
  • Roles and access log

From template to signed document

Contract, consent and certificate templates are prepared in four languages. The document fills with pupil data, goes to the parent by e-mail and is attached to the record once confirmed.

Which type of signature is required is clarified with you and your legal adviser.

Archive and retention

Documents are stored in the pupil record, and who opened or downloaded them is logged. Retention periods follow your rules.

Documents nearing expiry trigger a reminder.

Your benefits

How we work

  1. 1

    Clarify the need

By e-mail we discuss your processes, roles, existing systems and how data is moved, and set the scope in writing.

  2. 2

    Build and connect

We build the solution around your workflow and connect it to e-mail, calendar, documents and payment.

  3. 3

    Test and launch

We test every flow with realistic cases, train your team and go live only when it is right.

Swiss-specific points

Contract language and content vary by institution; you or your adviser set the legal text, and we build the template and flow. Documents with child data are protected with the nDSG in mind.
