Unit
Apartment and sub-unit.
Personal data is handled under UK GDPR and ICO guidance, so access, retention and deletion are defined early instead of bolted on later. When the question who lives where, under which contract and with which contact details is spread over spreadsheets, e-mails and folders, every move-in carries a risk of error. One record links unit, person and contract.
Each unit is defined as an object; the owner, the tenant or both are linked to it. Move-ins, move-outs and contract changes are recorded with a date stamp.
The same person can appear in several units.
The manager sees all records; an owner or tenant sees only their own unit. Contracts, letters and minutes are attached to the record, and who opened them is logged.
Role and permission scope are clarified in writing.
By e-mail we discuss your processes, roles, existing systems and how data is moved, and set the scope in writing.
We build the solution around your workflow and connect it to e-mail, calendar, documents and payment.
We test every flow with realistic cases, train your team and go live only when it is right.
Rented properties and condominium ownership (Stockwerkeigentum) need different records; which applies is clarified with your management. Personal data is protected with UK GDPR in mind.
