From quote to order, from order to shipment

In trade, quote, order confirmation and shipment pass through different hands and information gets lost on the way. The system turns a quote into an order in one click, prepares the confirmation, supports partial shipments and shows open orders per customer and line.

  • QR-bill and CHF
  • Roles and audit log

Quote and confirmation

A quote is prepared automatically from the customer price list and discounts; it carries a validity date and can be revised. Once the customer agrees, the quote becomes an order in one click and the order confirmation is prepared in one of four languages.

The legal wording of quotes is determined by the company.

Shipment and open orders

Order lines ship according to stock; missing lines stay as open orders and are listed automatically when they arrive. The sales team sees from one list what goes to which customer and when.
