One record per customer, full history

In wholesale, customer information sits scattered across sales, accounting and warehouse. The system gives each customer one card: contacts, price list, payment terms, past quotes and orders, e-mail correspondence and reminders are visible in one place.

  • German, French, Italian, English
  • QR-bill and CHF
  • Roles and audit log

Card and history

The customer card holds contacts, delivery addresses, price list and payment terms. Past quotes, orders, invoices and e-mails appear on a timeline; the sales team knows the situation in the first second on the phone.

Personal data is processed under data-protection rules; details are on the Swiss data-protection page.

Reminders and opportunities

Follow-up calls, post-quote reminders and renewal dates are linked to the customer and the owner. Sales opportunities are followed by stage and expected turnover is reported, so it is visible which customer needs attention.

Bulk e-mails go only to consenting contacts and with company approval.

How we work

  1. 1

    Clarify the need

By e-mail we discuss your processes, roles, existing systems and how data is moved, and set the scope in writing.

  2. 2

    Build and connect

We build the solution around your workflow and connect it to e-mail, calendar, documents and payment.

  3. 3

    Test and launch

We test every flow with realistic cases, train your team and go live only when it is right.

Swiss-specific points

In Switzerland customers are in different language regions and expect correspondence in their own language. The system keeps document and e-mail language per customer; data-protection compliance is assessed by the company and its specialist, the software gives no guarantee.
