The right price, the right customer, the right language

In wholesale the same item has different prices per customer group, volume discounts and descriptions in several languages. The system holds these on the item card, manages price lists with validity dates and picks the right price itself in quotes and orders.

  • German, French, Italian, English
  • QR-bill and CHF
  • Roles and audit log

Item card

The item card holds code, unit of measure, packaging, supplier code and four-language descriptions. Variants and sets are defined, images and technical documents attached; the same card is used in quotes, orders and invoices.

The accuracy of item data is the company’s responsibility.

Price lists

A separate price list per customer group is defined with start and end date. Quantity tiers, promotional prices and customer-specific prices apply in priority order; price changes are made in bulk and the old price stays on record.

Bulk price import is done via Excel or CSV.

  1. 1

    Clarify the need

By e-mail we discuss your processes, roles, existing systems and how data is moved, and set the scope in writing.

  2. 2

    Build and connect

We build the solution around your workflow and connect it to e-mail, calendar, documents and payment.

  3. 3

    Test and launch

We test every flow with realistic cases, train your team and go live only when it is right.

Swiss-specific points

In Switzerland prices are given in CHF and often excl. VAT; foreign customers may need another currency. The system keeps several currencies and price lists; correctness of tax treatment is assessed by the company and its specialist.
