Order
From the web shop.
An online-only business has no shop but does have warehouse, packing and shipping. The system turns a web-shop order into a pick list, shipping label and invoice; returns and stock differences are tracked in the same structure.
When an order arrives, stock is checked, a pick list is created and items are picked in shelf order. The packed order is marked with shipping label and tracking number, and the customer receives the status e-mail.
The use of barcode readers and the shipping-label connection are assessed separately.
Returns are recorded with a reason code and the item is directed to stock, inspection or disposal. A return rate and margin report by item, channel and period is available; items with high returns become visible.
An increase in sales or traffic is not guaranteed.
By e-mail we discuss your processes, roles, existing systems and how data is moved, and set the scope in writing.
We build the solution around your workflow and connect it to e-mail, calendar, documents and payment.
We test every flow with realistic cases, train your team and go live only when it is right.
Swiss online buyers shop in four languages and often order across borders. The shop supports language and currency options; local payment methods are chosen with the company, and customs matters are handled separately with a specialist.
Yes; web shop, orders, warehouse and returns can be used without the till module.
