Contracts and deadlines: expiry and notice dates with reminders

When dates for leases, service, insurance and maintenance contracts are scattered over calendars and folders, a notice period can be missed. The system links dates to the contract and sends reminder e-mails in time.

Record and dates

Contract type, parties, term and notice period are entered and the document attached. The system calculates how long remains until the notice date.

Your management checks the accuracy of the entered dates.

Reminders

Reminder steps (e.g. 90, 60, 30 days) are defined. The e-mail goes to the responsible person; the renewal or termination decision is added to the record.

No legal interpretation is given.

We build the solution around your workflow and connect it to e-mail, calendar, documents and payment.

  3. 3

    Test and launch

We test every flow with realistic cases, train your team and go live only when it is right.

Swiss-specific points

Notice periods and dates depend on your contract and can vary by contract type in Switzerland. The system tracks them using the values you enter; it does not give legal advice.
