Service calendar, checklist and fault record

If a vehicle whose service was forgotten breaks down on the road, the whole tour suffers. The system reminds of service by mileage or date, the driver fills in the daily checklist on the phone and every fault and cost is booked to the vehicle card.

Service and checks

Service type and interval are defined per vehicle; an upcoming service is notified to the responsible person by e-mail. Before starting work the driver ticks items such as tyres, lights and fluids on the phone and adds a photo if there is a problem.

The company defines the checklist content; it does not replace an official inspection.

Faults and costs

A fault report takes the vehicle off the tour if needed and warns planning. Repair, spare parts and workshop invoice are collected on the vehicle card; the cost per kilometre is calculated for each vehicle.

Cost figures are based on the records entered.

How we work

  1. 1

    Clarify the need

By e-mail we discuss your processes, roles, existing systems and how data is moved, and set the scope in writing.

  2. 2

    Build and connect

We build the solution around your workflow and connect it to e-mail, calendar, documents and payment.

  3. 3

    Test and launch

We test every flow with realistic cases, train your team and go live only when it is right.

Swiss-specific points

In Switzerland tyre and equipment requirements change in winter; the checklist can be adapted by season. Official periodic inspection dates are obtained from the relevant canton and entered in the system as reminders.
