Jobs and fleet
A work order is received and a suitable vehicle and driver are assigned; clashes are visible in the calendar. The vehicle card holds mileage, maintenance dates and document expiry dates, and upcoming dates are listed.
Automatic import of tachograph data depends on the device and is assessed separately.
Time, expenses and invoice
Driver working hours and expenses (fuel, tolls, accommodation) are linked to the job, so cost per job is visible. The customer invoice is prepared from completed jobs in one step.
Working-time rules are the company's responsibility; the software keeps records and does not give a guarantee of legal compliance.
