Per unit.
Many Qatari teams work Sunday to Thursday, and scheduling, reminders and reports follow that week. In condominium ownership costs are shared by value share, sometimes by usage. Keeping shares and exceptions by hand invites errors every year. The system links the share to the unit, applies the keys and keeps a separate account for each owner.
For each unit the value share and special-use areas (balcony, storage, parking) are entered. Allocation keys are tied to them; exceptions are kept with a note and reason.
The accuracy of the shares stays with management, based on your regulations and registers.
For each owner advances, cost share, fund contribution and open balance are shown separately. The period statement and the meeting report come from the same data.
Land register and condominium register procedures are out of scope.
By e-mail we discuss your processes, roles, existing systems and how data is moved, and set the scope in writing.
We build the solution around your workflow and connect it to e-mail, calendar, documents and payment.
We test every flow with realistic cases, train your team and go live only when it is right.
