Budget and accounting income and expenses per building together, built for Qatar

Local payments run through NAPS cards, Fawran instant transfers and Apple Pay, and the checkout is prepared for them. Keeping a separate spreadsheet per building makes year-end consolidation hard. The system collects income and expenses by building and account, compares them with the budget and gives your accountant a clean export.

  • English and community languages
  • payment link and QAR
  • Roles and audit log

Budget and tracking

The annual budget is entered by building and cost type. Actual costs come from invoice records; the variance and a comment field appear together.

Management can define threshold amounts.

Approval and hand-over

Incoming invoices go to approval by authority; approved ones enter the payment list. At period end the postings are exported in the format your accountant uses.

It does not replace a full accounting package; it feeds the one you already use.

Your benefits

How we work

  1. 1

    Clarify the need

By e-mail we discuss your processes, roles, existing systems and how data is moved, and set the scope in writing.

  2. 2

    Build and connect

We build the solution around your workflow and connect it to e-mail, calendar, documents and payment.

  3. 3

    Test and launch

We test every flow with realistic cases, train your team and go live only when it is right.

Qatari-specific points

Amounts are in QAR. The chart of accounts and export format are clarified with your accountant; plans such as Qatar SME chart can be used; tax and statutory reporting are out of scope.
