Transport order: address, cargo, price and status, built for Iraq

In Iraq, quotes and invoices are in dinars with three decimals, and the setup is planned around that from day one. Transport requests arriving by phone, e-mail and spreadsheet are easily lost. The system records each request as an order, keeps address, cargo, price and time window, and passes it to planning.

  • English and community languages
  • payment link and USD
  • Roles and audit log

Order entry

An order is entered from e-mail, phone or customer form; pickup and delivery address, cargo type, weight, volume and time window are recorded. For repeat customers it is copied from a previous order.

Permits and documents required for special cargo are the company’s responsibility.

Price and planning

Price is calculated by distance, weight, volume or a fixed tariff and sent as a USD quote by e-mail. A confirmed order drops into route planning with one click.

Tariffs and surcharges are entered by the company.

Your benefits

How we work

  1. 1

    Clarify the need

By e-mail we discuss your processes, roles, existing systems and how data is moved, and set the scope in writing.

  2. 2

    Build and connect

We build the solution around your workflow and connect it to e-mail, calendar, documents and payment.

  3. 3

    Test and launch

We test every flow with realistic cases, train your team and go live only when it is right.

Iraqi-specific points

Iraqi customers expect quotes in their own language and in USD. Quotes and order documents are prepared in DE, FR, IT or EN; the payment link is used for invoicing, and tax rates are clarified with the accountant.
