Assignment
Vehicle and driver.
Customers in Iraq commonly identify themselves with a national ID number, so forms and records leave room for it. Building daily tours by hand takes time and causes empty kilometres. The planning screen distributes orders by vehicle, driver and time window, suggests the stop order and shows changes immediately.
Pending orders are listed on the left, vehicles and drivers on the right; a tour is built by drag and drop. Load weight and volume are compared with vehicle capacity and a warning appears if exceeded.
The scope of automatic route optimisation is assessed separately.
When an urgent order arrives, the plan is updated by dragging and the driver is informed by e-mail or in the app. At the end of the day, planned and actual time and kilometres are compared.
Actual values are based on the records the driver enters.
By e-mail we discuss your processes, roles, existing systems and how data is moved, and set the scope in writing.
We build the solution around your workflow and connect it to e-mail, calendar, documents and payment.
We test every flow with realistic cases, train your team and go live only when it is right.
In Iraq mountain roads, city restrictions and heavy traffic affect tour time. Planning can record break and driving-time fields; interpretation of legal working and rest time rules rests with the company and specialists.
The scope is assessed separately; the basic version suggests the stop order and you adjust it by hand.
