From shipment to invoice with the payment link, built for Iraq

CMC data privacy rules shape how customer records are kept, so access and retention are defined at the start. Writing the invoice for a delivered shipment by hand is slow and error-prone. The system gathers delivered shipments, prepares the AED invoice with tariff and surcharges, adds the payment link and tracks payment status.

The company defines tariffs and surcharge rules.

Payment and accounting

The invoice goes by e-mail as a PDF with the payment link; as payments arrive the status is updated and a reminder e-mail is prepared for overdue invoices. A CSV export is available for accounting.

tax rates and accounting settings are clarified with the accountant.
