Businesses in Baghdad, Erbil, Sulaymaniyah and Basra typically work in Arabic and English, and the interface covers both. Paper tour lists, phone calls and delivery data entered afterwards cause errors and delays. The driver app shows the day's tour; the driver updates the status, takes photos, collects a signature and passes notes to the office at once.
The driver logs in from a browser or phone app and sees only their own tour. For each stop, address, cargo, note and time window are listed; one tap opens the navigation app.
A store-published app version is assessed separately.
At delivery the driver takes a photo, collects the recipient's signature and adds a note if there is a problem. The record is linked to the shipment at once; the customer notification and delivery proof are prepared from it.
Offline options are assessed separately.
