Card
Vehicle data.
Many Iraqi teams work Sunday to Thursday, and scheduling, reminders and reports follow that week. As a fleet grows, it gets harder to track which vehicle has which document, maintenance and driver. The system keeps a card for each vehicle, records mileage and fuel, and shows assignments and document expiry dates.
For each vehicle, plate, type, load capacity, equipment and documents are recorded. When a document expiry date approaches, a reminder goes to the responsible person by e-mail.
Which documents are required is the company’s responsibility.
Mileage and fuel records are entered from the driver app or by hand; cost and consumption per vehicle are calculated. The assignment calendar shows which vehicle is with which driver and on which tour.
Automatic import of fuel-card data depends on the card provider.
