Court and pitch booking: calendar, rules and payment, for UK teams
Invoices follow UK practice: 20% VAT shown separately, HMRC Making Tax Digital in mind, and payment by Faster Payments, Bacs or card. Booking tennis courts, pitches, halls or swimming lanes by phone and lists makes clashes and empty slots unavoidable. A calendar shows free slots, applies the rules and takes payment.

Booking
Free slots, duration and price are defined for each area. A member picks from the calendar; the system blocks clashes and applies payment or account-balance rules.
A weather-related cancellation rule is defined separately.
Management
Facility management sees occupancy, revenue and empty slots. Fixed bookings (e.g. team training) are blocked for the whole season.
Integration with physical locks or lighting systems is assessed separately.
