A recorded flow from goods in to dispatch, built for UK businesses

Teams in London, Manchester and Birmingham usually want this running before the next quarter, so the scope is built around how your people actually work. A counting error at goods in and a wrong item at dispatch are expensive. The system matches incoming goods with the delivery note, directs them to a shelf, produces a picking list per order and checks at dispatch.

Goods in

Incoming goods are matched with the order or delivery note; quantity differences and damage are noted. The goods go to a shelf with a putaway suggestion and enter stock.

Expected delivery-note data depends on the information from the supplier.

Goods out

A picking list per order comes out in shelf sequence; the picker confirms on a tablet. A check is done before packing and dispatch, and a wrong or missing item is flagged.

The scope of shipping labels and carrier links is assessed separately.

Your benefits

How we work

  1. 1

    Clarify the need

By e-mail we discuss your processes, roles, existing systems and how data is moved, and set the scope in writing.

  2. 2

    Build and connect

We build the solution around your workflow and connect it to e-mail, calendar, documents and payment.

  3. 3

    Test and launch

We test every flow with realistic cases, train your team and go live only when it is right.

UK-specific points

Imported goods in the UK cross the border and customs documents may be needed. The system records document numbers and notes; customs procedures and tariffs are clarified with a specialist or customs agent.
