Carrier selection
For the same order, prices from several carriers are recorded and compared; the work order goes to the chosen carrier by e-mail. The carrier's delivery information is entered in the shipment record and a customer notification is prepared.
Automatic data exchange with carriers depends on the interface the carrier offers.
Margin and documents
The sales price to the customer is compared with the purchase price from the carrier; the difference is reported per shipment and customer. Transport documents and proof of delivery are collected in one file and go to the customer as PDF.
Customs and international documents are prepared by a specialist.
