Recipe
Per product.
We build for how UK small and mid-sized firms really run: Companies House filings, bank holidays, VAT quarters and seasonal peaks. In food production you need to quickly find which raw material went into which batch. The system links recipes, batch numbers, best-before dates and check records.
A recipe is defined for each product; the raw-material batches used in production are linked to the work order. If a problem arises, which batch went to which customer can be found in a few steps.
Allergen information is entered and checked by the company.
Stock nearing its best-before date is flagged and the oldest batch is used first. Cleaning and temperature checks are recorded with checklists and can be searched by date.
Compliance with food law is the company’s responsibility; the software helps keep records.
By e-mail we discuss your processes, roles, existing systems and how data is moved, and set the scope in writing.
We build the solution around your workflow and connect it to e-mail, calendar, documents and payment.
We test every flow with realistic cases, train your team and go live only when it is right.
UK food producers face strict expectations on labelling, ingredients and records. The software keeps this information orderly; for legal requirements and label content a specialist or the relevant authority should be consulted. The interface works in DE, FR, IT, EN or TR.
Labels with batch and date can be printed; the printer and label format are assessed separately.
It lists which batch went to whom; the process itself and responsibility remain with the company.
