List
Machine and area.
Teams in London, Manchester and Birmingham usually want this running before the next quarter, so the scope is built around how your people actually work. When start-of-shift checks, cleaning and safety rounds are done on paper forms, records get lost and missing steps go unnoticed. A digital list shows the steps in order, photos and notes can be added, and a problem item is assigned to an owner.
A checklist is defined for each machine or area with yes-no, measured value or free-note items. The operator fills it in on a tablet and a skipped step is flagged.
The content of the lists and their legal validity are determined by the company.
An item with a problem is marked with a photo and goes to the owner by e-mail; it stays on the list until closed. Completed lists can be searched by date, person and machine.
This does not replace an occupational-safety assessment or an official inspection.
By e-mail we discuss your processes, roles, existing systems and how data is moved, and set the scope in writing.
We build the solution around your workflow and connect it to e-mail, calendar, documents and payment.
We test every flow with realistic cases, train your team and go live only when it is right.
