Courses and workshops.
Personal data is handled under UK GDPR and ICO guidance, so access, retention and deletion are defined early instead of bolted on later. In painting, ceramics or photography workshops places are few and material costs are billed separately. When enrolment, waiting list and material fee are linked, participants get a clear invoice.
The course page shows dates, places and fee. Participants enrol; when full they join the waiting list and are notified when a place opens.
A course-specific material list can be sent by e-mail.
Course fee and material fee are invoiced as separate lines. If the minimum number of participants is not reached, the course is cancelled and participants are informed.
Cancellation and refund rules follow your own terms.
By e-mail we discuss your processes, roles, existing systems and how data is moved, and set the scope in writing.
We build the solution around your workflow and connect it to e-mail, calendar, documents and payment.
We test every flow with realistic cases, train your team and go live only when it is right.
Course pages can be offered in DE, FR, IT and EN; prices are shown in GBP. Invoices can be prepared with the Bacs flow.
