Programme
Courses and places.
Personal data is handled under UK GDPR and ICO guidance, so access, retention and deletion are defined early instead of bolted on later. In continuing education participants come from work, courses run evenings or weekends and companies book in groups. Programme, enrolment, certificates and invoices must be linked, or the office drowns in e-mail.
Participants see the programme, choose a course, enrol and receive payment details. When a course is full they join a waiting list and are notified when a place frees up.
A feedback form can follow the course.
Participants who meet the attendance requirement receive a certificate. Companies add staff in one booking; the invoice goes to the company.
Officially recognised diplomas are a separate matter; the conditions belong to your institution.

We build the solution around your workflow and connect it to e-mail, calendar, documents and payment.
We test every flow with realistic cases, train your team and go live only when it is right.
Participant and company data may need commercial-register and VAT (VAT) fields. These and the invoice format are clarified with your accountant.
