Know when it is due, before it is late

Receivables drive cash flow in trade. The system matches incoming payments with invoices, ages open items, lists customers whose due date is near or past and prepares reminder e-mails with your approval.

Matching and open items

The bank transaction file is imported; thanks to the QR reference most payments match invoices automatically. Unmatched items are assigned by hand, part and overpayments are shown separately and open items are visible per customer.

Bank connection and file format are assessed separately depending on the bank.

Reminders and cash flow

Reminder levels are defined for overdue invoices; the e-mail draft is prepared in the customer’s language and sending takes place with your approval. The cash-flow forecast is built from due dates and expected payments and offers a weekly view.

The legal conditions of the reminder and collection process are assessed by the company and its specialist.
