Delivery terms consistent on document and price
Delivery terms determine who pays which costs and where risk passes. The system lets you select the term in quote and order, adds freight and insurance lines according to the term, fills in the document text automatically and brings terms from the customer card as default.

Term and cost
A default delivery term is defined per customer and can be changed in the quote. According to the chosen term, freight and insurance lines are added to or removed from the lines, so the price is calculated correctly and margin stays visible when the term changes.

In documents and shipment
The chosen term is written automatically into quote, order confirmation and commercial invoice; the text comes out in the customer’s language. The shipment file shows term, responsible party and delivery point, so warehouse and sales look at the same information.
The list of terms used can be limited to the company’s needs.
