Customer and supplier data is protected

Trade software holds customer and supplier addresses, prices and payment information; protecting this data builds trust. The system offers role-based access, an access log, support for deletion and correction requests and a Swiss server option.

  • German, French, Italian, English
  • QR-bill and CHF
  • Roles and audit log

Access and log

A salesperson sees only their own customers, accounting sees invoices, the warehouse sees shipments. Critical actions (price change, deletion, export) are logged with user and date so who did what can be traced back.

Data-protection compliance is assessed by the company and its specialist; the software does not guarantee compliance.

Requests and server

When data about a person is requested the records are found in one place; correction or deletion is assessed together with statutory retention duties. Optionally data is hosted on a server in Switzerland and backups stay in the same region.

Server choice and retention periods are set in writing in the contract.

Swiss-specific points
