Season
Stock plan.
In sports and outdoor shops demand follows the season, equipment is rented and products such as bikes or skis go in for servicing. The system plans seasonal stock, tracks rentals and returns, opens service work orders and joins web shop and store stock.
The pre-season stock plan is prepared from past sales; winter and summer items are tracked separately. For rental equipment, item, period, deposit and return date are recorded, late returns are listed and overlapping reservations are avoided.
Deposit collection and insurance matters are assessed separately according to the company’s contract.
A work order is opened for bike or ski servicing: item, jobs to do, parts and time are recorded and an e-mail to the customer is prepared on completion. Web shop and store show the same stock; an order is fulfilled from the store or warehouse, and pick-up in store is supported.
Communication with parts and equipment suppliers runs by e-mail.
By e-mail we discuss your processes, roles, existing systems and how data is moved, and set the scope in writing.
We build the solution around your workflow and connect it to e-mail, calendar, documents and payment.
We test every flow with realistic cases, train your team and go live only when it is right.
In Switzerland winter sports, cycling and mountain activities are strong; in tourist regions shops work seasonally and customers expect service in many languages. The system supports four-language product and rental information; prices are shown in CHF, and insurance and liability matters are assessed by the company.
