Manage centrally, sell in the branch

In a business with several shops, prices, products and promotions are managed centrally; each branch sees its own sales and stock. The system brings branch reports, transfers between branches and branch permissions into one structure.

Head office and branch

Head office defines the price list, product cards and promotions; branches apply them automatically, and branch-specific prices can be defined where needed. A branch manager sees only their own branch's sales and stock.

How branches work if their internet connection fails is assessed separately.

Comparison and transfer

Branches are compared by revenue, average basket and item. An item that runs out in one branch is transferred from another branch's stock; it is tracked as sent and received, and the stock of both branches is updated.

The scope of a staff rota is assessed separately.

Swiss-specific points

In Switzerland, chains run branches in several language regions. The system keeps language, tax setting and currency per branch; product names and receipt texts are shown in the branch's language, and canton-specific rules are determined by the company and its specialist.

Is a new branch easy to add?
