Four languages
DE, FR, IT, EN.
In Switzerland guests and staff speak several languages. A four-language system offers menu, receipts, kitchen screens and e-mails in German, French, Italian and English.
German is spoken in one region and French in another, and visitors want English. A single-language system leaves some guests out.
An item name is entered once and its translations are kept alongside.
Guests pick their language in the QR menu, booking form and e-mails. Staff set the interface to theirs. We review translation quality with you.
