Removals: survey, quote, crew and invoice
Removals companies survey each client, quote by volume, agree a date and arrange crew and vehicles. The system keeps survey notes, quote, job-day plan, damage notes and invoice in the same client record.

Survey and quote
At the survey, volume per room, floor, lift and access information are entered; the quote is calculated from this and sent as PDF by e-mail. When the client agrees, the date is entered in the calendar.
Volume and price formulas are defined according to the company's own tariff.
Crew, damage and invoice
On the job day, crew members and vehicles are assigned and the plan is passed to staff. If damage occurs, a note with photos is added and a customer notice is prepared; when the job is done, the invoice is built from the quote items.
Insurance matters are clarified with the company's insurer.
