Vocational training: modules, attendance and employer contact together

In vocational training the learner studies at school and at a company. If attendance, assessments and documents are not shared with both sides, follow-up gets hard; the software shows the relevant information to the authorised person.

  • German, French, Italian, English
  • Pupil data and nFADP in mind
  • Roles and access log

School and company

A company contact sees only their own learner’s attendance and assessment. In case of significant absences the company is notified by e-mail.

Access rules are clarified in writing.

Modules and documents

For each module the goal, duration and assessment are defined. For completed modules a document is prepared and stored in the file.

Official diploma procedures follow the competent authority’s rules.

Your benefits

How we work

  1. 1

    Clarify the need

By e-mail we discuss your processes, roles, existing systems and how data is moved, and set the scope in writing.

  2. 2

    Build and connect

We build the solution around your workflow and connect it to e-mail, calendar, documents and payment.

  3. 3

    Test and launch

We test every flow with realistic cases, train your team and go live only when it is right.

Swiss-specific points

In Switzerland vocational education runs jointly at school and company. This dual structure is reflected in fields and visibility rules; official reporting and exam rules belong to the competent authority.
