School reports: the figures for decisions at a glance

How many enrolments, where do absences rise, which fees are open? Answering by merging tables by hand is slow. Reports read the data straight from the system for management and the office.

  • German, French, Italian, English
  • Pupil data and nFADP in mind
  • Roles and access log

Reports and visibility

Management sees the whole school, a class teacher only their own class. Filters work by class, term and course.

Tables can be exported as CSV or PDF.

Data quality

A report is only useful if the data is right. Classes with missing attendance or grades are flagged, so gaps are closed before the report is run.

Personal data is shown in reports only as far as needed.

Your benefits

How we work

  1. 1

    Clarify the need

By e-mail we discuss your processes, roles, existing systems and how data is moved, and set the scope in writing.

  2. 2

    Build and connect

We build the solution around your workflow and connect it to e-mail, calendar, documents and payment.

  3. 3

    Test and launch

We test every flow with realistic cases, train your team and go live only when it is right.

Swiss-specific points

If statistics must be reported to a canton, the table format is prepared to the canton’s request. Pupil data in reports is kept to a minimum with the nDSG in mind.

Frequently asked questions

Can reports go to the canton?

The format is prepared to the canton’s request; sending stays under your control.

Can we define our own report?

Yes; the columns and filters you need are defined together.
