Course booking: participants register and pay on their own
When course and workshop registrations are collected by phone and e-mail, tracking places and payments gets hard. Online booking joins date choice, payment and confirmation in one flow, and a full course turns into a waiting list on its own.

Booking flow
Participants choose a course and date, enter their details and pay. The confirmation e-mail and invoice go out automatically, and your course list updates at once.
Bundles, multi-session courses and early-bird prices can be defined.
Teachers and capacity
Each course has a teacher, room and maximum number of participants. Teachers see their own participant list, and if a course is cancelled everyone receives an e-mail.
Free trial lessons can be offered too.
