Hundreds of customers, thousands of items, one order

A wholesaler sells many items to many customers at different prices and terms. The system keeps customer-group price lists, contract discounts, multi-warehouse stock, partial shipments and due-date tracking together; each order leaves at the right price and from the right warehouse.

Ready for wholesalers

For fast order entry there is line entry by item code or barcode, copying a previous order and customer-based frequent-order lists. The salesperson sees price, stock and open invoices on the same screen.

For very high-volume businesses performance is measured in the project.

Shipment and receivables

Missing lines are tracked as open orders, shipped line by line and invoiced. Receivables are aged and customers nearing due dates are listed, so cash flow and customer limits are managed together.

Customer limits and credit rules are defined together with the company.

US-specific points

US wholesalers often serve a region or the whole country and their customers sit in three language regions. The system works with four-language documents, USD prices and the Stripe; assessment of tax and legal conditions belongs to the company and its specialist.
