Shelf
Address and label.
Many Saudi teams work Sunday to Thursday, and scheduling, reminders and reports follow that week. If the location of an item in the warehouse is unknown, time and money are lost. The system gives every item a shelf address, records goods in and out, simplifies counting and warns when an item falls below minimum stock.
The warehouse is defined as zones, aisles and shelves; an item is placed at a shelf address and found by label. Stock quantity stays current with goods in and out, and movement history is visible per item.
Options for barcode scanners and label printers are assessed separately.
Counting is done with a tablet or barcode scanner and the difference list is produced automatically. For items with batch and expiry date, the oldest batch goes out first; an order alert is sent for items below minimum stock.
The company approves the count results.
