On-time rate, cost and utilisation figures

Many Saudi teams work Sunday to Thursday, and scheduling, reminders and reports follow that week. In logistics profit is decided by small differences. The dashboard shows on-time rate, empty kilometres, vehicle utilisation, tour cost and profitability per customer; management sees which tours and customers pay off.

Dashboard

The dashboard calculates the on-time rate from delivery records, compares planned and actual kilometres per tour and shows vehicle utilisation. Period, vehicle, driver or customer is chosen with a filter.

The company sets target values.

Cost and report

Revenue and cost per tour, vehicle and customer are compared in SAR; unprofitable tours stand out. A weekly and monthly summary goes to chosen people by e-mail and is exported as CSV and PDF.

Figures are based only on the records entered in the system.
