Many Saudi teams work Sunday to Thursday, and scheduling, reminders and reports follow that week. In courier and last-mile work there are hundreds of small deliveries a day. The system keeps stop order, driver app, proof of delivery and the delivery notice to the customer together; undelivered items are listed separately.

Daily round
At the start of the day, parcels are assigned to stops and drivers; the driver app shows an ordered list. The driver confirms the delivery and can add a signature or photo; the new status reaches the office at once.
The scope of route optimization is assessed separately.
Notices and returns
An e-mail notice to the customer before and after delivery is prepared. For a recipient not at home, a second attempt or a pickup point is recorded; return parcels are tracked in a separate flow.
If SMS sending is to be used, it is assessed separately.
