In Saudi Arabia, quotes and invoices are in riyals with 15% VAT shown clearly, so this is planned that way from the start. A QR-code ticket goes out by email and is scanned at entry with a phone. A used or invalid ticket warns at once.

Speed and order at the entrance
Each participant receives a unique ticket; the entry staff scan it on the phone and those admitted are counted. If the same ticket is scanned a second time a warning appears, preventing copies and wrong entries.
