The system links different currencies, documents in different languages and border-crossing records to the shipment; customs declarations and permits are prepared by a specialist.

Currency and documents
Price and invoice are held in USD, EUR or another currency, with an exchange-rate record. Shipping documents are prepared in DE, FR, IT or EN according to the language of consignee and sender.

Border and specialist documents
The driver or operator records the border-crossing time; it appears in the shipment history. Customs declarations, permits and similar documents are prepared by a specialist; the software only adds the document, date and status to the record.
The software does not perform customs procedures and gives no compliance guarantee.

Iraqi-specific points
Since Iraq is not an EU member, customs procedures are common at border crossings. These procedures and the related rules are carried out by the company's customs specialist; the system only stores document, date and status with the shipment.
