Entry
Team and fee.
Businesses in Leeds, Glasgow, Edinburgh, Bristol and Cardiff get the same fixed-scope approach and a named contact who replies within a working day. Participants register online, fixtures are published, results are entered on match day by phone and the ranking updates itself. The organiser does not fight with spreadsheets and participants see results via a link.
Teams or players enter with category and fee; when the entry period ends the system builds the fixtures. Fixtures are published by pitch and time and sent to participants by e-mail.
Federation rules and ranking points are set by the club.
The official enters the result by phone; the table and ranking update. Participants see the result and next match via a link; at tournament end the final table and report are ready.
Live scoreboard hardware is out of scope.
By e-mail we discuss your processes, roles, existing systems and how data is moved, and set the scope in writing.

We test every flow with realistic cases, train your team and go live only when it is right.
