Ticket
Category and capacity.
We build for how UK small and mid-sized firms really run: Companies House filings, bank holidays, VAT quarters and seasonal peaks. At concerts and festivals sales, door and team peak at the same time. The system opens early sales and categories, checks entry by QR code, manages staff and gives a clear revenue and entry report after the event.
Ticket types (early, regular, VIP, student) and capacity are defined. The ticket goes by e-mail as a PDF with QR code; the door reads the code by phone or reader and blocks double use.
Offline check options are assessed separately.
Management sees live occupancy and sales. After the event a report by ticket type, sales channel and revenue is prepared, with the sponsor visibility list added.
Stage, sound and security services are out of scope.
By e-mail we discuss your processes, roles, existing systems and how data is moved, and set the scope in writing.
We build the solution around your workflow and connect it to e-mail, calendar, documents and payment.
We test every flow with realistic cases, train your team and go live only when it is right.
Open-air festivals in the UK are subject to local permit, safety and environmental conditions, which are the organiser’s responsibility. The ticket page is prepared in DE, FR, IT or EN, with payments in GBP.
The expected load is planned and tested in advance; exact performance is not guaranteed.
Refund and transfer rules are defined by the organiser and applied by the system.
