On every sale.
Prices are quoted in GBP with VAT shown clearly, and the scope is fixed before work starts, so the invoice holds no surprises. Retail uses cash, card, pay-by-invoice and online payment side by side. The system records the payment method of each sale, issues invoices with a QR payment part for business customers and follows open invoices.
The payment method is recorded for every sale; totals by method are visible at day end. Card payments at the till and online payments can be compared with provider reports, and differences are marked.
Payment provider connections are assessed separately per provider.
For a business customer order, the invoice is prepared in one step; the QR payment part is added in GBP. Open invoices are listed by due date, a reminder e-mail draft is prepared and the invoice is closed when payment arrives.
The accounting set-up is arranged together with your accountant.
By e-mail we discuss your processes, roles, existing systems and how data is moved, and set the scope in writing.
We build the solution around your workflow and connect it to e-mail, calendar, documents and payment.
We test every flow with realistic cases, train your team and go live only when it is right.
