Job order
Dimensions and photos.
Invoices follow UK practice: 20% VAT shown separately, HMRC Making Tax Digital in mind, and payment by Faster Payments, Bacs or card. In a workshop doing custom work every job is different. The system opens the job with a work order, records the material and time used, and prepares delivery note and invoice with one click when done.
Customer request, dimensions and photos are added to the job order. The workshop employee enters time spent and material used on a tablet; the cost is visible before the job is finished.
The company approves quote and invoice amounts.
When the job is finished, delivery note and invoice are prepared from the data in the job order; nothing needs retyping. For the UK, the QR invoice and VAT details are added.
VAT rates and accounting settings are clarified with the accountant.
By e-mail we discuss your processes, roles, existing systems and how data is moved, and set the scope in writing.
We build the solution around your workflow and connect it to e-mail, calendar, documents and payment.
We test every flow with realistic cases, train your team and go live only when it is right.
UK craft businesses often work with small teams and want simple software. The system can be used in DE, FR, IT, EN or TR, prices are shown in GBP, and setup and support run by e-mail.
