The dashboard calculates machine efficiency (OEE), downtime, scrap and on-time delivery from shop floor records; management sees on which machine and shift the problem lies.

Dashboard
The dashboard calculates OEE for each machine and shift from availability, performance and quality rates. The most frequent downtime reasons are ranked; management sees the status against the daily target at a glance.
Target values are set by the company.
Report
A daily and weekly summary goes by e-mail to chosen people. Periods, machines and products are compared; the report is exported as CSV and PDF.
Figures are based only on the records entered in the system.
