Role
Limited view.
Personal data is handled under UK GDPR and ICO guidance, so access, retention and deletion are defined early instead of bolted on later. Manufacturing software holds sensitive data such as employee hours, customer drawings and prices. The system limits access by role, encrypts the connection and handles removal of data in a controlled way.
A user sees only the data their role requires; for example an operator cannot see hourly rates and costs. The connection is encrypted with HTTPS and passwords are not stored as plain text.
Required security settings are defined together during setup.
Personal data can be deleted or anonymised after a period set by the company. Who accessed which record and when is kept in the access log.

By e-mail we discuss your processes, roles, existing systems and how data is moved, and set the scope in writing.
We build the solution around your workflow and connect it to e-mail, calendar, documents and payment.
We test every flow with realistic cases, train your team and go live only when it is right.
Data protection rules in the UK vary by company. Server location and data processing terms are presented in writing at quote stage; a contract annex is prepared if needed, and legal interpretation is left to counsel.
The server location is chosen together at project start and stated in writing in the quote.
Yes; deletion or anonymisation is done by an authorised role and recorded.
