Customer
Drawing and order.
We build for how UK small and mid-sized firms really run: Companies House filings, bank holidays, VAT quarters and seasonal peaks. In contract manufacturing every customer brings different drawings, materials and dates. The system collects them per customer, compares quote and actual time, and tracks delivery.
Each work order is opened with customer, drawing, quantity and delivery date. Material supplied by the customer is tracked in separate stock so it does not mix with your own material.
The content of customer contracts is not interpreted by the system.
The time in the quote is compared with the time actually spent; if the difference is large, prices can be adjusted in later quotes. A view of revenue and margin per customer helps management.
Figures are based only on the records entered.
By e-mail we discuss your processes, roles, existing systems and how data is moved, and set the scope in writing.
We build the solution around your workflow and connect it to e-mail, calendar, documents and payment.
We test every flow with realistic cases, train your team and go live only when it is right.
UK subcontractors often have to meet the quality and confidentiality terms of large customers. The system keeps drawing access and records orderly; contract obligations are assessed separately. Documents are prepared in DE, FR, IT, EN or TR.
Access is assessed by role separately; each customer would see only their own records.
With a separate stock location and customer label; counts and movements appear separately.
