Fixed, percent, hourly

Invoices follow UK practice: 20% VAT shown separately, HMRC Making Tax Digital in mind, and payment by Faster Payments, Bacs or card. Fixed, percentage or hourly fees are prepared from phases and hours. The Bacs goes out in the client’s language and matches when paid.
The fee method from the contract is defined in the project file; as phases complete, a draft invoice is prepared with extra services and disbursements added. The reviewer approves, the invoice is sent in the client’s language and receivables show in the file.
