What drives the price
A website’s price depends far less on the number of pages than on what it has to do: how much custom design it needs, whether it takes payments, how many systems it connects to and who builds it.
- Build route: a template builder, a freelancer, a small studio or a larger agency
- Design: a customised template or a fully bespoke design
- Features: bookings, payments, accounts, search or integrations
- Content: who writes, photographs and edits it
- Running costs: hosting, domain, security updates and support
Typical Spanish price bands
As a rough guide for 2026, a small brochure site from a freelancer or small studio often lands between EUR 1,500 and 6,000, an online shop between EUR 4,000 and 25,000, and a custom platform or business application starts around EUR 15,000 and rises with scope. All amounts exclude IVA (21% in mainland Spain).
Costs after launch
Budget each year for hosting, the domain, security updates, backups and small changes; a typical figure is 10% to 20% of the build price.
How to get the right quote
Write a short brief, ask for a few quotes and compare what is included: design, content, SEO, GDPR compliance and training. A fixed-price quote with a clear scope beats surprise costs later.
